• Invoicing: automation of billing processes.
• Projects: budget control, costs, estimates and resource optimization.
• Inventory: forecasting, stock levels, shipping, distributions, returns and cancellations.

• HR: human resources and payroll management.

• Data storage: creation of a data lake–style storage architecture.

• Data export: automated/manual processes to generate reports and Excel documents from lake data.
• Dashboards: prototypes of dashboards in BI tools.
• AI integration: adding AI models to the visualization layer to enhance interactivity and usefulness.

Training to prepare employees for the above capabilities, including:

• Fundamentals: overview of current regulations, and ethical and security risks.
• Specific training in: data integration, storage, building structured and visual dashboards, data export, and AI use cases.
• Duration: total of 20h across two months per user defined by segment.
• Human instructor: delivered by a human instructor, on-site or online.
• Completion certificate: certificate of AI skills upon completion.
